Effective training demands a substantial investment of missionaries’ limited resources. Fort Sherman Ministries helps them steward God’s gifts wisely while reaching the lost. Yet immediate ministry needs often take priority, causing training to be overlooked and leaving prevention efforts weaker and missionaries less confident and bold.
Providing the tools
Fort Sherman Ministries supports those called to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with nonbelievers and unreached people groups worldwide. Although FSM does not conduct outreach directly, we equip ministry workers with the resources they need to serve boldly.
Developing Skills
In partnership with Fort Sherman Academy (FSA), we make training accessible to missionaries and ministry leaders, equipping them to protect themselves, their teams, and their ministries.
Sustainable outreach
We equip ministry members to navigate challenging situations with confidence, extend their reach into underserved areas, and sustain their work longer—enabling them to serve more unreached people groups.
Multiplying your gifts
By developing resources to assist training, FSM and its donor partners make it possible to lessen costs to students. By developing scholarship programs and helping to develop facilities and tools for training, FSM and its donor partners make it possible for missionaries and ministry partners to obtain vital training at a lesser cost than normal. The development of a scholarship program can cut and/or eliminate tuition costs for trainees, dependent upon need.
